This weekend something very exciting happened. As some of you may or may not know, Paige sits dogs often in our house. This weekend we sat a cute little girl and her name is SOPHY!
At first she was just a bit nervous, but now she has completely come out of her shell. She copies everything I do. She even went number 2 at the same time as me. Here are some pictures of us!!

Happy New Years! I must be honest, It sure feels like a regular Sunday to me!
For the New Year of 2012, my Grandma bought me a new collar! She loves collars (and shopping, too!) so It makes me feel fresh and new for the New Year!!!
Paige and I both thought it might be a little girly, but that’s ok. Everyone says “she” when they see me anyways. LOL.
Just to let you all know how we are doing, my health is good. I haven’t had a cortisone shot in about 2 1/2 months or so, so that makes me very happy. I haven’t been too itchy or feeling particularily sick. On Christmas Paige gave me some carrots and turkey. Because its not in my regular diet, I was a little gurgly but other than that, It all went great!
As for my new years resolution, I don’t have one. I just want to love and be loved. What more could a dog want!

This post was supposed to be sharing the pictures of my Christmas trees, but neither are finished yet (we always decorate 2). BUT, lucky for you guys, Paige went to a place called STATS in Pasadena, CA. Its like Winter Wonderland in there!!! Paige took some pictures. Enjoy!

Pardon me for my absence from the fun world of blogging. Let me proudly announce that I am back! And I am back to stay! Believe it or not, I didn’t pause the blogging cuz I’m too busy, it’s actually quite the opposite. There was nothing fun to blog about. I did the same thing every day.
Eat.
Sleep.
Poop.
And repeat!
But NOW… NOW my friends, the holidays are near! Woohoo!

Second Sign of the Holidays… Spiders carved in pumpkins (must be a human thing..)
Third Sign it’s the Holidays… Paige put me in a Candy Corn hat.
Final Sign it’s the holidays… there is a sign on my lawn.

Howdy Friends!
Today I want to tell you about my cousin Linus. He is a Golden, too! We aren’t “blood” cousins, but cousins cuz Linus is Paige’s cousins dog. Does that make sense? 
Hehe.
Paige went to Nebraska earlier this summer and she spent a lot of time with Linus. She said he is a lot like me [ie. smart, cute, funny, good looking, etc] 
hehe.
This is a photo of some of the corn there. Believe it or not, Nebraska isn’t ALL corn! 
And here is Linus! He is much older than I. Probably by about 10 or 11 years. Paige said he was very wise.
And he has a much heavier coat than I do. My coat is super thin… but that’s probably cuz I’m in California soakin’ up the sun!

I think that sometimes we all forget that once, believe it or not, we were tiny little embryo’s in our dog-mom’s bellies. Paige sure can’t believe it.. to her it seems like just yesterday I was a tiny 7 week year old pup. So, we have this awesome info-graphic to show you..
